1. What products do you sell? 

We specialize in high-quality cat and dog houses designed for both indoor and outdoor use. 

2. Where do you ship? 

Currently, we ship within Germany only. 

3. How long does shipping take? 

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and usually delivered in 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. 

4. How can I track my order? 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page. 

5. Which payment methods do you accept? 

We currently accept PayPal only, which allows secure payment using your balance, bank account, or card. 

6. Can I return my order? 

Yes, you can return unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@zortinx.com before returning any item. 

7. How do I get a refund? 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue your refund to your original PayPal account within 5 to 7 business days. 

8. What if my product is damaged or defective? 

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
